I booked this shuttle for my elderly parents. The process was easy and had great communication response from the company. They still worked the shuttle on a German National holiday. My parents commented their driver was one of the nicest young men they have had a shuttle experience with and were super happy with the performance of the shuttle driver and the company overall! will definitely use again and suggest to others.
